I really enjoy the experience as the food melted in your mouth, feels like silk.
As for customer like Japanese food, this is the best in London you can find,and you can watch them Chef doing your Sushi or Sashimi. If you come alone, you could just choose the table in front of the Chef, is definately a ARTS to watch.
喜欢日料的童鞋们，这家餐厅绝对是必去的，他们的日料都是师傅现场做的。你可以远远的开到手工艺，或者选择料理师傅对面的台子近距离的观看。神一般的刀工，头发丝一般的纤细。对于日料超级粉丝的我来说，这家餐厅简直可以作为杨家私人食府。
Here we go, this is the pics of me and me friends, we arrived at Umu in the early afternoon, as the restaurant will start really busy and rarely have any seat left. So, definately need to schedule your visit in advance or book your table.
接下来是我的自恋时刻，这次是我和我的好妹妹一起来的，还有他的St.Martin男盆友。都是艺术家啊。为了保证有座位我们特别的预定了6pm左右的台子，如果你们没有预定的话要不然就是来的及早，要不然就是在门口观摩着，喝着西北风了。因为像这种米其林餐厅到了就餐时间基本上就是座无虚席。
I ordered a full range of Sashimi, I can't belive people choose Japanese food without eating the Best Sahimi. I ordered this Set of Sashimi, so I can try everything. I like the Geoduck the most, very smooth and little bit sweet, I still miss it right now.
这是一个Sashimi的拼盘，个人超级喜欢点拼盘，可以每样尝一点，又不会吃太饱没有地方吃下一道。
Follow by that, I ordered something Roast EEL, I really enjoy the sauce no like some high street brand strong and salty.
接下来是天妇罗和烤鳗鱼，比起那些臭大街寿司店的鳗鱼，这家的绝对不会让你觉得多吃一口都是多余的，味道也不会太甜，太闲或者是吃完了会觉得腻。
Finally we've been served the most VIP Sushi,only take the look you already mouth watering, aren't you? Ha, let start with the food now shall we? ....
